Data on the energy rating of buildings registered in the register of energy performance certificates for buildings. You can download or preview in CSV a sample of the latest registry entries or download the full registry into a ZIP archive. The data have been signed by a competent technician in accordance with Royal Decree 390/2021 of 1 June 2021 approving the basic procedure for the certification of the energy performance of buildings.
