Legal classification (ISTAC: CL_NATURALEZA_JURIDICA)

Description

From the statistical point of view, the Legal Nature is associated with the characteristics of the Tax Identification Number (TIN) of natural persons, legal persons and entities without legal personality. In the case of natural persons, the allocation of the TIN is regulated by Royal Decree 1065/2007 of 27 July. For legal persons and entities without legal personality, the provisions of Order EHA/451/2008 of 20 February 2008 are followed.
