Classification of deviation (ISTAC: CL_DEVIATION_ACCIDENT)

Description

It attempts to describe the abnormal event that has negatively interfered with the normal process of carrying out the work and that has led to the occurrence or origin of the accident. For example, detachment or fall of irons, locking of a machine, fall of manual cutting tool, etc.
