Free and secure, the Parcs Relais bikes are accessible to anyone in possession of a contactless blue wire card, after free registration for the service.
## How does it work?
* **free** for Blue Wire subscribers with a Blue Wire card loaded with a valid monthly Pass;
* EUR 15/year for non-subscribers Blue Wire with [Pass Bike Parks](https://www.filbleu.fr/services/parcs-a-velos);
* Accessible 24 hours a day by validating the contactless card at the entrance of the Park by bike.
