Description

In order to accelerate the deployment of EVEIs open to the public and to ensure territorial coherence, Article 68 of the Mobility Guidance Act provides for the possibility for public authorities or institutions to carry out a master plan for the development of EVEIs. It is an optional mechanism that gives the community a role as “leader” in the development of the recharging offer in its territory, leading to a coordinated offer between public and private contractors, consistent with local mobility policies and adapted to the needs.
