Delimitation of district councils on the City of Tours

Following the adoption by the Municipal Council on 28 June 2018, it is proposed 8 neighbourhood councils (generic name for local democracy bodies at national level):

Each District Council will be composed of citizens of the sector and local voluntary associations who will make themselves known every 3 years, at the first plenary meeting of the year concerned. They will be co-chaired by the district deputy of the sector concerned and a citizen drawn by lot from among the volunteers expressed. The Deputy President of the Mayor will be assisted by a second elected member.
