Register of deportation orders – Tours
Description
This dataset includes the deportation orders that the mayor of Tours has taken following situations of conflict of interest of the city councillors of Tours. A deportation order is a legal technique that consists of stopping or preventing any situation of conflict of interest of an elected official between the community and an outside body.
Each deportation order shall specify the body concerned, the elected representatives in a situation of conflict of interest, the matters in which the elected representatives refrain from intervening and, where necessary, the person appointed to intervene and sign in their place.
