Description
Article 68 of the Mobility Guidance Law provides for the possibility for public authorities or establishments to draw up a Master Plan for the Development of Charging Infrastructure for Electric Vehicles (SDIRVE) open to the public.
To ensure territorial coherence and a collective approach and coordinate actions for the deployment of charging stations, Toulouse Métropole has taken a SDIRVE approach across its territory.
The challenge for Toulouse Métropole, which is legitimate in deploying charging stations, is to ensure the complementarity of the charging solutions adapted on its territory between its own competence of the local public authority and private initiatives.
In accordance with Article R.353-5-6 of the Energy Code specified by the Order of 10 May 2021, after positive opinion of the Prefect, Toulouse Métropole publishes summary indicators relating to the diagnosis and operational objectives of its SDIRVE which will be reviewed on the basis of the uses observed on the charging networks and the needs of the territory.
