Nevertheless, [Decree No. 2018-1117](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000037797147&fastPos=1&fastReqId=1883072981&categorieLien=cid&oldAction=rechTexte) provides for exceptions.
