Description

Lists of the deliberations of the city council of Toulouse from 1909 to 1969 published in the Bulletin municipal de la ville and counted by the Municipal Archives in the software Avenio TM. The Bulletin municipal de la Ville de Toulouse (PO1) is an official publication, emanating from the municipal institution. The collection held by the Municipal Archives consists of 111 volumes and covers a period from 1871 to 1969. This publication gathers the minutes of the municipal councils, the decisions, decrees and administrative acts drawn up during the councils, as well as monthly statistical documents tracing the economic and social activity of the municipality. For the years 1926 to 1940, the Bulletin municipal includes, in addition to the official part, an unofficial part composed of thematic articles related to current events and major events organized in the city. Thus, a special issue (October 1944) is even entirely devoted to the Liberation of Toulouse. The dataset contains 4 fields indicating the order number given by the Archives, the date of the meeting of the municipal council, the title of the deliberation and the page of the bulletin, the reference of the municipal bulletin of the city of Toulouse (PO1/year). The data is extracted from the Avenio application, a document management tool of the Toulouse Archives.
