City Policy Priority Neighbourhoods 2015-2023
Description
The City Contract of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg was voted unanimously at the Eurometropole Council on 26 June 2015. This new contract follows the Urban Contract for Social Cohesion (CUCS) and is fully articulated with urban renewal.
The City Agreement identifies 18 Priority Neighbourhoods of the City Policy (QPV). These 18 districts represent more than 77.000 inhabitants in 5 communes, representing more than 16 % of the population of the agglomeration.
Seven of these 18 QPVs are the subject of an Urban Renewal Project (PRU), which aims to improve the living environment of these neighbourhoods.
