Location of neighborhood composters on the Territory of Grand Paris Seine Ouest.
Neighborhood composting:
In agreement with the city concerned, neighborhood composters can be installed by GPSO in the parks and gardens of the territory or other green spaces managed by GPSO.
Their main objective is to allow residents who cannot compost at home, to bring their bio-waste of plant origin and thus reduce their waste at the source while at the best value.
The composters are supervised by associations that monitor the proper functioning of the latter on a daily basis and recall the rules of composting if necessary.
To benefit from the device, the inhabitants are invited to contact by email the association supervising the site (email addresses are available on the OPEN DATA of GPSO or on the posters punaised on the composters).
The rules and conditions of use will then be transmitted to them. In addition, since the bins are closed by padlocks, the key box code (or code padlocks) to gain access to the devices will be communicated to them by the association.
