Financial support for housing adaptation to ageing and disability
Description
In order to **promote the maintenance at home of persons with reduced mobility**, since 2010, GPSO has put in place **specific assistance** **without resource conditions** for people over 70 years of age**** as well as persons with disabilities**.
This assistance is intended for owners, tenants in the private or social park, or accommodated free of charge who wish to carry out work to adapt their housing.
This accompaniment materialises **by assistance in the creation of the project** and **of the grant application file** by an operator commissioned by the territory but also by **a financial assistance of a maximum amount of EUR 250 for the visit of an occupational therapist and EUR 3000 for work to adapt housing** to age and disability.
