Description
In addition to the regulatory zoning (Zonage PLUI de la CARENE), the graphic documents show a number of requirements that are graphically represented: commercially diverse areas, classified wooded areas, reserved areas, areas with minimum building density, cultivated land to be protected, areas with minimum housing size, building mark-up areas, etc.
Saint-Nazaire Agglomeration - CARENE (Trignac, Besné, La Chapelle-des-Marais, Donges, Montoir-de-Bretagne, Pornichet, Saint-André-des-Eaux, Saint-Joachim, Saint-Malo-de-Guersac, Saint-Nazaire).
