Primitive budget (BP) of Saint-Nazaire Agglomeration- La CARENE
Description
Primitive budget since 2017 of Carene's main budget. Voted annually, it is the forecast of expenditure and revenue for the year. From an accounting point of view, the budget is divided into two parts, an operating section and an investment section. Each of these sections must be presented in balance, with revenue equalling expenditure.
