Concerted Development Areas (ZAC) on Rennes Métropole
Description
These sectors identify the perimeters of the Areas d’Aménagement Concerté (ZAC) on Rennes Métropole.
A concerted development area is an area "within which a public authority or a public establishment with a view to it decides to intervene in order to carry out or cause to be carried out the development and equipment of the land, in particular those which that community or establishment has acquired or will acquire with a view to assigning it or subsequently granting it to public or private users. The perimeter and programme of the concerted development area shall be approved by deliberation of the municipal council or of the deliberative body of the public institution of inter-municipal cooperation. However, the Prefect shall, after consulting the municipal council of the municipality(s) concerned or the competent public institution of inter-municipal cooperation, set up concerted development areas at the initiative of the State, regions, departments or their public establishments and concessionaires and concerted development areas situated, in whole or in part, within a perimeter of operation of national interest. The same concerted development area may be created on several territorially distinct locations”. The “observations” attribute available in the database specifies the validity of the information. For each ZAC, the following shall be indicated: the name of the ZAC, the date of creation of the transaction, the date of the last modification of the file etc. This information comes from the regulatory files of each ZAC. Each ZAC perimeter is derived from the file of creation, realisation, modification of the corresponding ZAC. It complies with the latest regulatory file.
