Location and characteristics of activity areas on Rennes Métropole
Description
This data was developed as early as Oct. 2019 for the establishment of a metropolitan economic observatory. The objective is to identify and locate metropolitan activity areas.
An area of activity (ZA) is an operational perimeter hosting economic activities.
These scopes are derived from an analysis of the 2017 Rennes Métropole Economic Planning Scheme (SAE), from the analysis of the zoning of the graphic regulation of the Rennes Métropole Local Intercommunal Plan (PLUi) developed in 2019, of the field knowledge of Rennes Métropole’s services.
This information makes it possible to locate the areas of activity on the territory of Rennes Métropole while characterising them.
Each perimeter brings the characteristics of the area of activity. The information table contains descriptive attributes:
\- Step: created, Potential, Completed, Current
\- State: renewal, extension
\- Scot: compatible with SCoT, not compatible with SCoT
\- territory: structuring, tertiary pole, proximity
\- archive: area of activities downgraded, fenced or whose perimeter has changed (preserved for memory)
