Zone à Trafic Limité (ZTL) on Rennes
Description
This layer represents the contour of the ZTL on Rennes. In the Rennes ZTL:
\- The speed remains limited to 20 km/h, (as since June 2020);
\- Priority is given to pedestrians and bicycles;
\- Not all drivers of motor vehicles can enter.
The following are authorised with supporting documents (according to the order):
\- Local residents (residents, professionals);
\- Craftsmen in intervention;
\- Deliverers;
\- Medical staff and personal assistance;
\- Guests of hotels;
\- Patients who have a medical appointment in the area;
\- People carrying a bulky purchase;
Accompanying persons of residents who are unable to drive;
\- People with reduced mobility...
The following shall be authorised without proof:
\- The police and security services;
\- Taxis;
\- Emergency vehicles;
\- Intervening network operators;
\- Municipal service vehicles in intervention;
\- Cycles and scooters;
\- CIT transport;
\- Public transport;
\- Processions and official vehicles;
\- Car-sharing vehicles.
In the field, a signage indicates the entry points of the ZTL.
