Statistics on real estate transfers to the municipality and sub-district (DVF)
Description
This layer of polygons makes it possible to visualise the DVF data (requests for land values) corresponding to the transfers for consideration made in recent years. The dissemination of the DVF database contributes to the transparency of the land and real estate markets.
The real estate changes present in this data layer are derived from the “Requests for Land Values” enriched by the Land Files produced by CEREMA (DV3F data) and thus facilitate their exploitation and analysis. More information on enriched DVFs can be found at https://datafoncier.cerema.fr/donnees/donnee-dv3f.
These data go back to January 2010 and they concern the whole of Rennes Métropole.
The DVF data are returned to the sub-neighborhood for Rennes and the commune for the rest of the metropolis.
It is detailed the number of houses, apartments, outbuildings, business premises and land per year and statistics on the price of each type of property per m².
These statistics are presented in the attributes as follows:
year: year
nb_localauxmutes: number of premises moved
nb_houses/apartments/dependences/locauxact/terr: number of houses/apartments/dependencies/activity premises/land
price_medium_m2_house/apart/dep/act/terr: average price per m² house/apartment/dependence/activity premises/terrain
ecart_type_house/apart/dep/act/terr: measurement of the dispersion between average prices per m² of houses/apartments/dependences/activity premises/land
nb_mutations: Number of mutations in the commune or sub-neighborhood
municipality: Name of municipality
sub_quart: Sub-neighborhood name (on Rennes only)
This layer is to be used in conjunction with the Real Estate Transfer layer on Rennes Métropole (DVF) (UUID = 90f00b9c-d293-48ed-bbc7-1dfc9636f227) and the Synthesis of Real Estate Changes on Rennes Métropole (DVF) layer (UUID = 51dd2bdb-4049-41a7-9af5-cb8599430f45)
