This layer locates by linear road areas of paid parking on the territory of Rennes.
Among the attributes available:
\- nb_places_pair: number of places available on the even side of the street
\- nb_places_impair: number of places available on the odd side of the street
\- zone_tariff: fare zone (Red / Orange / Green)
\- date_maj_nb_place: date of last update of the 2 fields nb_places_pair and nb_places_impair.
