Description
This data identifies the different sectors of intervention of architects metropolitan councils in the communes of Rennes Métropole.
Architects urban planners metropolitan councils have the mission to ensure the coherence of urban development deployed on the territory of Rennes Métropole. Before the implementation of development projects, they analyse buildings, urban morphology, heritage, architectural and landscape elements, etc., in order to meet the needs of municipalities while respecting the coherence of developments at the level of an island, the district and the municipality in the metropolitan context. Missioned by the New Factory Mission of the City, they work, for each municipality, in close consultation with the services of the Metropolis, in particular the urban planners of the Planning and Urban Studies Service and the Soil Law Service.
