Roads in Grande Circulation (RGC) on Rennes Métropole
Description
Extract from Article L110-3 of the Highway Code: ‘high-traffic roads, irrespective of their State affiliation, are the roads which ensure the continuity of the main routes and, in particular, the offloading of traffic, the movement of exceptional transport, convoys and military transport and the economic service of the territory, and justify, as such, specific traffic police rules. The list of high-traffic roads is fixed by decree, after consulting the local authorities and the groups owning the lanes (Decree No 2010-578 of 31 May 2010 laying down the list of high-traffic roads).’
