Perimeters of Rennes Metropole Road Platforms
Description
On 1 January 2015, by application of the MAPTAM law of 27 January 2014, Rennes Métropole was transferred the road power previously exercised by the municipalities.
On 1 January 2017, on the basis of the NOTRe Act of 7 August 2015, the Métropole was transferred the authority previously exercised by the department on the departmental roads of the 43 municipalities of the Métropole.
This competence relates to the public road domain and its dependencies.
To ensure its competence, particularly in terms of operation, the Métropole has been structured around 4 Platforms called the Rennes Platform, Platform Sud, Platform Nord-Ouest and Platform East.
This layer delimits the perimeters of each of the platforms.
The layer indicates, for each perimeter:
\- For DVE (Direction Cheminie Exploitation):
>> dve_platform => name of the operating platform;
>> tel_dve => telephone number of the secretariat of the platform.
