Areas of management of the Direction de la Routeie de Rennes Métropole
Description
On 1 January 2015, by application of the MAPTAM law of 27 January 2014, Rennes Métropole was transferred the road power previously exercised by the municipalities.
On 1 January 2017, on the basis of the NOTRe Act of 7 August 2015, the Métropole was transferred the authority previously exercised by the department on the departmental roads of the 43 municipalities of the Métropole.
This competence relates to the public road domain and its dependencies.
To ensure its competence, particularly in terms of operation, the Métropole has been structured around 4 Platforms called the Rennes Platform, Platform Sud, Platform Nord-Ouest and Platform East.
The layer “mobilite_transp.v_gestion_dv_commune” indicates, for each municipality:
\- committee_sect => name of the sector committee to which the municipality is attached;
\- nuquart => number of the city district of Rennes;
\- nmquart => name of the city district of Rennes;
\- dir_neighborhood => name of the District Directions of the City of Rennes;
\- For DVE (Direction Cheminie Exploitation):
>> dve_platform => name of the operating platform;
>> tel_dve => telephone number of the secretariat of the platform;
>> dve_sect_entrep => name of the operating sector “enterprises”;
>> dve_techn_entrep => name of the referring technician on the operating sector “enterprises”;
>> dve_sect_regie => name of the operating sector on a direct basis;
>> dve_techn_regie => name of the technician referent on the operating sector in the working time;
>> dve_chef_equip_regie => name of the referent team leader on the farm sector;
\- For DVPAT (Direction Cheminie Patrimoine):
>> dvpat_techn => name of the referring technician
>> tel_dvpat => telephone number of the referring technician;
\- For DVGTs (Traffic and Safety Management Highway Directorate):
>> dvgts_oa_sect => Artworks management sector
>> dvgts_oa_techn => name of the reference technician for works of art
>> dvgts_dom_pub_sect => public domain management sector
>> dvgts_dom_pub_techn => name of the referent technician for the public domain.
