202 150 cm digital field model on Rennes Métropole (without works of art)
Description
A Digital Land Model (MNT) allows you to know the altitude of the terrain at a given location.
The digital field model covering the territory of Rennes Métropole was created by the operation of an aerial lidar acquisition concurrently with aerial shots taken in 2017 and 2018 on the Metropolis. This NTM was updated based on aerial shots taken in 2021.
Variations in altimetry due to works of art (bridges, viaducts...) are not visible in this NTM. Example: on a bridge, the indicated altitude corresponds to that on the ground under the apron.
This MNT without work of art is available at 50 cm. This data corresponds to the 50 cm version, expressed in metre or 0.50 m.
Altimeter accuracy – total altimetric accuracy class: 20 cm
Smaller step from the grid: 0.5 m
The altimeter reference system is the IGN69.
The layer of the level curves resulting from this NTM often allows an easier perception of the terrain, an NTM being considered a very technical data.
