Environmental compensatory measures of Rennes Métropole (ERC)
Description
This data layer identifies the various environmental reduction and compensation measures implemented on Rennes Métropole as part of the application of the Avoid-Reduce (-Compenser) sequence (ERC).
It allows to visualise the location and to know the nature of the measures prescribed during biodiversity damage on the territory of Rennes Métropole.
The layer must be consulted in addition to GeoMCE by the project promoters so that they ensure that they do not come to impact a site hosting these environmental measures.
The layer should subsequently be able to be completed internally in order to ensure that monitoring of these compensatory measures is updated over the course of the year.
The ERC data capitalised here goes back to June 2007.
The layer was initiated in July 2023.
To date, only countervailing measures resulting from the following procedures are listed:
\- Environmental authorisation;
\- IOTA (Declaration and Authorisation); \- Protected species derogation.
Among the available fields:
\- project name:name of the project;
\- common_project:
common project to be compensated; \- commune_compensation:
main municipality in which a compensation measure is located; \- procedure:
title of the procedure that triggered the ERC sequence;
\- master_book: name of the owner of the work;
\- date_act:
date of publication of the legal act; \- legal act:
if provided, link to the PDF of the document recording the compensation;
\- phase_sequence: sequence phase (Reduction, compensation...);
\- type_measure:main sub-distinction of measurement within a phase of the ERC sequence (Creation/Renaturation of media...);
\- Category:
distinction of the type of measure into several “categories” (Action concerning all types of media);
\- sub_category:
the most detailed level of measurement and classification description (Creation or renaturation of habitats favourable to the target species and their guild);
\- impacts:
nature of the environmental impacts caused by the project;
\- detail_measurement:
details of the measure to reduce or offset environmental impacts;
\-accompanying measures:
details of accompanying measures;
\- modalites_management:
actions implemented to carry out the compensation measure;
\- follow-up:
follow-up time and follow-up arrangements (the way in which it is carried out);
\- recovery plan:
if provided, link to the recovery plan linked to the realisation of the compensation;
\- comment:
technical commentary.
