Update 14/06/2021: The codes designating the characteristics of the dishes have been modified and are now as follows:

BIO: Organic farming

DUR: Sustainable products

VEGE: Vegetarian

LOC: Brand of Earth of Sources

FR: Meat of French origin

Updated on 08/11/2019: Change the fields "type" and "open" to "week comment" and "comment" day, to better reflect the content. The base field codes/names remain the same (i.e. "type" and "opening").

This dataset includes the content of the canteen menus of Rennes public kindergartens and primary schools, divided by sector, as well as leisure centers for the summer.

AB = Organic farming

PLC = Vegetable and cereal-based dish

FLS = Seasonal fruits and vegetables

VBF = French beef

VPF = French pork

BBC = Blue White Heart

EBR = Water from the Rennes basin

Please = No meat or fish

M = For kindergartens
