Update 14/06/2021: The codes designating the characteristics of the dishes have been modified and are now as follows:
BIO: Organic farming
DUR: Sustainable products
VEGE: Vegetarian
LOC: Brand of Earth of Sources
FR: Meat of French origin
Updated on 08/11/2019: Change the fields "type" and "open" to "week comment" and "comment" day, to better reflect the content. The base field codes/names remain the same (i.e. "type" and "opening").
This dataset includes the content of the canteen menus of Rennes public kindergartens and primary schools, divided by sector, as well as leisure centers for the summer.
