Deportations of municipal elected representatives of the City of Rennes
Description
_A **conflict of interest** means any situation of interference between a public interest and public or private interests, which is likely to influence, or appear to influence, the independent, impartial or objective exercise of a function.
_In compliance with the provisions on transparency, elected representatives shall not take part in the vote in the deliberations for which they may find themselves in a conflict of interest.
_They may also apply for a deportation order, which will concern any matter on which there is a conflict of interest.
_ _Deliberations containing personal data or any other data falling within the criteria laid down in Articles L311-5 and L311-6 of the Code of Relations between the Public and Administrations (CRPA) may not be published in open data__
