Description
This layer makes it possible to know and locate the communes of Rennes Métropole concerned by the obligations of the so-called SRU law.
Law No. 2000-1208 of 13 December 2000 on urban solidarity and renewal, commonly known as the SRU law or Gayssot law, is a text that has profoundly changed the law of urban planning and housing in France. Adopted under the government of Lionel Jospin, it was published in the Official Journal of 14 December 2000.
Its most notorious article is Article 55, which requires cities to have at least 20 %, increased to 25 % by the ALUR Act (Law No. 2014-366 of 24 March 2014 for access to housing and a renovated urban planning) of social housing.
