CA 2013 - City of Rennes - Main budget by article

Description

Data from the Administrative Account of the City of Rennes are actual budget consumption data that are generally published in June of the following year. The data "CA 2013 - main budget" correspond to the data of the main budget of the City of Rennes for the year 2013 and were adopted by the City Council in June 2014. The first tab of the file, "CA 2013", corresponds to the main budget, expenditure, revenue and investment, detailed by sub-function. The second tab, ‘CA 2013 by article’, presents the same detailed budget lines by type of expenditure or revenue. These files consist of 5 columns that break down the data: \- By a "sub-function" criterion. The sub-function is the key to identifying the public policy to which the budget data refers. Examples: Gayeulles swimming pool, Socio-educational Action, Mastery of Energy, etc. The codifications, internal to the City of Rennes, are nevertheless based on the M14 regulatory functional nomenclature \- By a "Revenue expenditure" criterion \- By an "Investment-Operation" criterion: the expenditure and revenue of local authorities must be broken down into the two functions of investment and operation. The first covers schematically the expenses that contribute to the improvement of the City's heritage: works, acquisitions of real estate, etc. The second refers to the City's current expenses, including personnel, fluids and general expenses. \- By a criterion of budgetary or analytical expenditure: Budgetary expenditure is the regulatory expenditure actually entered and voted on for each sub-function. Analytical expenditure corresponds to the re-distribution, for analytical purposes, of expenditure charged centrally, and in particular expenditure on fluids, intervention on municipal buildings, maintenance of the vehicle fleet, stored products.
