Energy Performance Diagnostic (EPD) in Rennes Métropole
Description
The Energy Performance Diagnostic (EPD) provides information on the energy and environmental performance of a dwelling or building, assessing its energy consumption and its impact on greenhouse gas emissions. The content and modalities of the establishment of the EPD are regulated. The EPD contains information on the characteristics of the building or dwelling (surface, orientation, walls, windows, materials, etc.) as well as its equipment (heating, domestic hot water production, ventilation, etc.). This data comes from the Ademe.
The following attributes are available:
\- numero_dpe
\- date_establishment_dpe
\- date_end_validite_dpe
\- etiquette_dpe
\- etiquette_ges
\- annee_construction
\- type_batiment
\- code_insee
\- address
\- coordinates (x, y)
\- sector_of activity (for the tertiary sector)
\- sector_dpe (Existing housing, New housing, Tertiary)
\- type_dpe (before or after the July 2021 reform)
\- id_bati (EPD contained in the nearest building or building within a limit of 15 metres)
\- parcel (plot containing the EPD)
\- nb_dpe_address (number of EPDs carried out at this address)
Note that NULL-type EPDs made on the basis of the classification method used before July 2021 are not accessible in this layer.
