Description
Parking spaces in public use parks in Angers.
This dataset complies with the parking spaces schema of the Consolidated Parking Data Base in accordance with the [legal framework](https://schema.data.gouv.fr/etalab/schema-stationnement/latest.html#cadre-juridique).
This dataset is built for the first part in accordance with the parking space scheme [**Description of the scheme**](https://schema.data.gouv.fr/etalab/schema-stationnement/0.1.4/documentation.html).
For a second part, the dataset respects a schema containing the fields of a historised dataset and providing additional information: ID Parking, Means of access, operator, gpl, accessibility, opening hours, closing times, closures_exceptional, hours_exceptional, photo.
This dataset makes it possible to make a match with the [real-time availability](https://data.angers.fr/explore/dataset/parking-angers/information/) in these car parks by the ID_PARKING field.
Description of certain fields
MOYENS_ACCES: the street/s through which/access to the car park
LPG: Access (YES or NO) to LPG vehicles equipped with safety valves
OPENING_HORAIRES | HORAIRES_FERMETURE: Description of the hours at which the doors and gates are closed. At these times, it is always possible to access them for subscribers and exit times.
FERMETURE_EXCEPTION: Description of an exceptional closure. This concerns the Parking Leclerc on Saturday from 00:00 to 17:00 due to the weekly market.
OURAIRES_EXCEPTION: Description of an exception to HORAIRES_OUVERTURE | HORAIRES_FERMETURE. This concerns the Parking Bressigny which closes on Sundays at 3pm.
