2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Observatory
Description
By communiqué of 9 October 2012, the Ministers Arnaud Montebourg and Fleur Pellerin wanted to make the deployment process of operators more transparent by setting up an observatory for investments and deployments in mobile networks.
The Ministers requested that this observatory draw on the joint expertise of the National Frequency Agency (ANFR) and the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Posts (ARCEP).
