Description
These points are part of the Natura 2000 network, a network of community areas for the protection of habitats and priority species.
Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) are marine and terrestrial sites that include natural habitats or habitats of species of wild fauna and flora, the list of which is established by order of the Minister in charge of the environment and whose scarcity, vulnerability or specificity justify the designation of such areas and thereby pay particular attention.
