Territorial and metropolitan contracts in Pays de la Loire – actions financed

Description

Financial table of the Territorial-Region Contracts (CTR) 2020 and Metropolitan Development Contracts (CDM) signed in Pays de la Loire since 2017. With the Regional Pact for Rurality adopted on 23 June 2016, the Region has committed itself to a fight for territorial equity. To this end, it has adopted a new territorial policy with the creation of the Territorial-Region Contract (CTR) 2020 for the Communities of Municipalities and agglomeration, and the Metropolitan Development Contract (CDM) for the Métropole de Nantes and the Urban Communities of Angers and Le Mans. Contractualisation is based on three principles: **equity**, helping each territory according to its needs, its specificities and paying particular attention to the most fragile; **proximity**, by contractualising at the level of intercommunalities; and, **freedom**, by allowing local elected representatives to propose projects throughout the duration of the contract and to define the priority themes according to the needs of their territories.
