Description
Dams controlled by the Hydraulic Works Safety Control Department of DREAL Pays de la Loire.
Four classes of dams are distinguished:
* class A: height of the structure greater than 20 m in relation to the natural terrain
* class B: no A and h 10 m and 200 (V volume of restraint)
* class C: not A or B and 5 m and 20
* class D: H 2 m and neither A, B, C
Origin
Data extracted for most of the SIOUH database (Information System of Hydraulic Works), a tool for monitoring the regulations put in place with the publication of Decree No. 2007-1735 and its implementing decrees.
Geolocation is carried out by DREAL Pays de la Loire on the basis of the Lambert coordinates indicated in the extraction.
This information was verified from the IGN ortho BD and information from the pole in charge of monitoring dams.
