Consolidated accounts of intercommunal ensembles 2015-2022

Description

### Presentation of the dataset: The consolidated accounts of the 2015-2022 inter-municipal ensembles present the main aggregates of the consolidated accounts (main budgets and ancillary budgets) of inter-municipal ensembles for the period 2015-2022. The inter-municipal ensembles correspond to the whole formed by a group with own taxation and its member municipalities. For the Greater Paris Metropolis (MGP), the intercommunal ensemble also includes territorial public institutions (EPT). By extension, data are also presented of the sets of EFAs of the MGP and their member communes, as well as those of mono-communal islands which do not belong to any grouping (“isolated municipalities”). The calculation of the aggregates was carried out by the OFGL on the basis of data from the accounting balances of groups with own taxation and municipalities published by the DGFiP. The consolidation of the intercommunal ensembles corresponds to the aggregation of the main and ancillary budgets of each community forming part of the whole, after neutralising the cross-flows existing between these budgets, then the aggregation of these budgets among all the communities members of the whole, neutralised again the cross-flows existing between these communities. For a given inter-municipal set and year, if the account of the GFP (or EFA if applicable) or one of its member communes is missing, then no information is presented for the inter-municipal set for the year in question.
