Description
The first data set shows all the expenditure and income of ordinary governmental administrative bodies (gross budgeted enterprises) and the government’s management companies in machine-readable format (Excel). The figures are accumulated (until this year) in detail at the level of species and shall, as a rule, be available on the first working day of the month following the reporting deadline for the state accounts. The data set here is valid from 2015. Questions about the accounting content of the data set should be addressed to the respective Ministry of Trade and Industry. Several other reports from the government accounts are produced each month, which are also published on the website of the Directorate for Financial Management. They deal with the expenditure and income of the government against the budget and the appropriation history (changes made to budget items throughout the year). In addition to the datasets on www.dfo.no, the Directorate for Financial Management also has a website that provides a thorough textual and numerical presentation of the government accounts including the use of graphical representations. Here you will find data sets with accounting figures back from 1999 as well as distribution per month. Unlike the reports mentioned above, the budget or allocation history is not displayed on this website.
The website has functionality that provides opportunities for comparison of key figures between companies.
