Details:
* For framework agreements, the amounts indicated are the maximum amounts of the contracts in euros excluding VAT or the amount of the estimated quantitative detail, these do not in any way prefigure the expenditure that will be made under these contracts. In addition, when the same contract appears for the benefit of several different holders and therefore on several lines with the same amount, it is a multi-award framework agreement the amount of which does not accumulate but will be distributed among the successful holders.
* Where the contract is concluded on the basis of a mixed price, i.e. it includes a global and lump sum price and unit prices, this contract shall appear under a single line in the highest amount bracket between that of the global price or that linked to the unit prices.
