These standby services by appointment are provided by the Espace Info Energie (EIE) and by SOLIHA, two operators mandated or approved by Nantes Métropole. The inhabitants are oriented towards one or the other according to whether their income is considered above or below the modest ceiling defined by the [Anah] (https://www.anah.fr/owners/owners-occupants/the-resource-conditions/).
The advice makes it possible to realise that, whatever its income, there are many funding opportunities set up by Nantes Métropole and the State to improve its energy consumption and improve the comfort of its housing.
