Cycling counts in Nantes Métropole from 2020

This dataset provides, for each functional counting loop of the Métropole de Nantes, the number of passages counted hour by hour. These data are supplemented by a variable indicating a probability of anomaly on the meter for the day in question (explanation below). **Warning**, like all sensor data, these data contain one-off errors: miscellaneous malfunctions sporadically cause missing, null, underestimated or overestimated records. On these daily published data, a summary method is applied to identify failures that result in null or missing data.
* **High probability of anomaly** if more than half of the timesheets are missing, or if almost all of the timesheets (> 21/24) are zero;
* **Low probability of anomaly** if less than half of the records are missing;
* **No anomaly** otherwise.
The method described above only concerns missing or null data. A more sophisticated method will be used to identify underestimated or overestimated measures in the 2014-2019 historical surveys to be published in 2020.
