Cycling facilities on the territory of Nantes Métropole * * * The publication of the data schema on cycling facilities provides a model whose objective is to produce harmonized information on the national territory. As part of the updating and reliability of these data, the data are updated according to two procedures: * the return of technical agents on the ground working in the proximity poles of Nantes Métropole, * an annual field inventory. * * * Definition of fitting-out: * Cycling strip: means a lane exclusively reserved for cycles with two or three wheels on a multi-lane carriageway (Decree No 98-828 of 14 September 1998, Article RT110-2) * Bicycle path: carriageway reserved exclusively for two- or three-wheel cycles and motorised personal mobility devices (Article R. 110-2 of the Highway Code) * Greenway: means a road reserved exclusively for the traffic of non-motorised users, namely pedestrians in the broad sense (roller skaters, wheelchair users, etc.), cyclists and riders. * Carriage with unmarked central track: (formerly Chaucidou) special layout of a carriageway where it is impossible, for reasons of available width, to draw cycle lanes on it * Bus + bicycle corridor: lane dedicated to the mixed circulation of buses and bicycles (Article R412-7 of the Highway Code) * * * Details of the content of the dataset: * The input of the fields is partial, because the bike layouts are modeled by default on the right lane. The left-hand layout is therefore qualified as a layout to the right of the track (doubling of tracks) * For the year 2022/2023, the information is partial on the territory of Nantes Centralité, following a problem in the seizure.
