COVID-19: Total (cumulative) number of tests performed by regions and districts of the Czech Republic
Description
Dataset containing incremental and cumulative daily numbers of PCR tests performed corrected for repeatedly positive (control) tests, regardless of the method of payment (i.e. including self-payers) for COVID-19 for the whole Czech Republic according to laboratory reports (fast tests are not included in the overview). This overview is available from 1 August 2020 for the completeness of the reported data by individual laboratories at individual level. In the previous period, there is a risk of incompleteness of these individual data and therefore, until 31 July, we rely only on aggregated data, which, however, do not allow for more complex analytical calculations.
