COVID-19: Total (cumulative) number of tests performed
Description
Dataset containing incremental and cumulative daily numbers of tests performed, distinguishing between first tests (number of tests in a given day after correction for repeat and control tests) and repeated tests in the same person for COVID-19 as reported by laboratories. Primostats are available as of 1 August 2020 for the completeness of the reported data by individual laboratories at individual level. In the previous period, there is a risk of incompleteness of these individual data and therefore, until 31 July, we rely only on aggregated data, which, however, do not allow for more complex analytical calculations. The dataset is no longer updated and is replaced by the set available at https://onemocneni-aktualne.mzcr.cz/api/v2/covid-19/testy-pcr-antigenni.csv .
