COVID-19: List of registrations by vaccination sites in the Czech Republic
Description
The dataset provides an overview of the registrations created in the central reservation system for COVID-19 vaccination ( https://registrace.mzcr.cz/ ). Records (rows) of the dataset describe individual anonymised registrations that were created at a given vaccination site on a given day. The dataset also includes persons who have already been vaccinated. A registered person is defined as belonging to one of the following groups: (i) the person is registered and waiting for the allocation of the option to choose the date of vaccination, (ii) the person has received the option to choose the date of vaccination, (iii) the person has made the choice of the date and therefore has a reservation. Description of the booking and registration process: (1) The person registers in the central reservation system for vaccination. (2) The identification process against the Central Population Register is ongoing. (3) After verifying the identity, the person waits for the allocation of the option to select a term (state in front of the barrier). (4) After allocating the possibility of choosing a date, the person chooses a suitable date (status behind the barrier). (5) After selecting the date, the person has made a reservation of the date for vaccination. (6) After vaccination, the record remains in the dataset with the blocked registration (blocked = YES) and at the same time the reason for the blocking is stated (blocking_duvod = Identified, but already vaccinated).
