COVID-19: Overview of tests performed by type and indication
Description
Dataset containing daily numbers of tests performed, distinguishing between PCR tests and COVID-19 antigen tests as reported by laboratories. The set also includes numbers of tests according to the indication (diagnostic indications, epidemiological indications, preventive and general testing, others), positive detections according to the indication of the test and positive detections (including reinfections) according to the type of test (symptoms are objectively examined in the indicated persons, as part of the general testing it is an expression of the subjective assessment of the tested). The data source is the Central Infectious Disease Information System (ISIN). The primary data were analytically processed and subsequently transformed into a form that can be published online by the ÚZIS ČR team.
