COVID-19: Overview of tests carried out by regions of the Czech Republic
Description
Data set containing daily numbers of tests performed, distinguishing between PCR tests and antigen tests for COVID-19 according to laboratory reports, divided into regions of the Czech Republic. The set also includes numbers of tests according to the indication (diagnostic indications, epidemiological indications, preventive and general testing, others), positive detections according to the indication of the test and positive detections (including reinfections) according to the type of test (symptoms are objectively examined in the indicated persons, as part of the general testing it is an expression of the subjective assessment of the tested).
