Dataset containing a basic daily incident overview of persons with proven COVID-19 infection as reported by regional sanitary stations (date of reporting, age and sex of the infected person, KHS, information on the place and country of infection). The dataset is available in a new version at https://onemocneni-aktualne.mzcr.cz/api/v2/covid-19/ .
