COVID-19: Overview of the epidemiological situation according to the reports of regional hygienic stations by district
Description
Data set by regions and districts of the Czech Republic containing cumulative daily numbers of persons with proven COVID-19 disease (including reinfections) according to validated reports of regional hygienic stations, cumulative daily numbers cured after COVID-19 according to reports of regional hygienic stations and cumulative daily numbers of deaths related to COVID-19 according to reports of regional hygienic stations and hospitalization deaths. Due to the fact that the reporting of cured persons and deaths has some delay compared to the real situation due to the validation and closure of cases of regional hygienic stations, the daily records may change significantly retrospectively due to continuous replenishment. We do not recommend reporting the current number of active cases based on the current number of cured persons and deaths in recent days. The data are incomplete and their use results in biased results.
