Incidence and prevalence of malignant tumours in the regions of the Czech Republic
Description
The data set allows detailed analyses of incidence and prevalence of tumours in the Czech Republic and regions. The data source is individual anonymised records of the National Cancer Registry (NOR) from 1994 to the present and contains basic socio-demographic data of the patient, data on the diagnosis of neoplasm and the extent of the disease and data on the patient's possible death. Code lists used: NHIP age group code list (https://www.nzip.cz/data/2182-ciselnik-vekove-groups-opened-data).
